For new posts I discovered that’s actually easier than I thought:
I’m following the WEEKLY challenges (to start with) and I make a simple post for them…
- This method has 2 benefits:
- it gives me the subject/idea (plus if I’m looking at some others that posted already…)

I get likes/comments/traffic
